Using a Stanley knife, you can cut the PVC board and fix it into the wall or directly on top of the tiles. You won't need cement for the installation because screws, adhesive and silicone sealant can already do the job. Unlike traditional tiles, this type of cladding does not require grout so you can save time and worry less. It's even a great DIY project because fixing it into your shower walls doesn't require professional training and you can get it done in just a few hours.

SIMPLE MAINTENANCE

Shower Panels require less maintenance than tiles because by using a damp cloth with soap, you can already restore it into its original look. So if you're a busy person and you don't have enough time for cleaning, it's perfect for you.

INSTALLABLE ON TOP OF TILES

Existing shower wall tiles is not a problem because you can install this panel on top of tiles. However, we recommend using cladding strips on top of the tiles or other surfaces before installing the shower panels to achieve a uniform structure and professional finish.

To complete your project, you will need the following accessories and essentials:

- 10mm Trims

- Universal Trims

- PVA Wall Primer

- Adhesive and Sealant

Our panels feature a tongue and groove joint, which means they slot together perfectly to create a watertight finish. When it comes to fitting, these PVC panels can either be pinned to battens or stuck to the substrate using our High-Strength Cladding Adhesive.

When purchasing Cladding Adhesive, you will need to allow for 2 tubes per panel on freshly plastered walls, and up to 4 tubes per panel on refurbished substrates i.e. existing tiles and rough walls.

If you are purchasing panels with a pattern repeat or tile effect, please take extra care to ensure the design aligns with the middle of the adjoining panel before trimming either end of the board.

For areas subject to a high-water or moisture content, we’d recommend running a very thin bead of sealant between the join to ensure a 100% watertight finish. Please take extra care to ensure that excess sealant doesn’t seep through onto the surface of the panel as this will damage the printed finish.
