Shipping & Delivery Information
Orders for in-stock products will be processed within 1 working day from receipt of payment (UK Bank Holidays and weekends excluded). Our Standard & Free Delivery options are 2-4 working day service to Mainland England & Wales only. Delivery to Scottish Highlands, British & Scottish Isles normally take between 3-6 working days.
We are unable to provide a specific date and time for delivery but request a telephone number in case issues arise with delivery the courier company has contact details to contact you. Please note that a signature will be required upon delivery of your goods and the courier company can deliver between 8am – 9pm. Should no-one be available to take delivery as pre-arranged a re-delivery fee will apply*
*Please note that deliveries can take longer than the 2-4 working days specified due to external factors within the transportation and haulage industries and the ongoing impact of the COVID pandemic. There is a severe shortage of drivers in the UK at the moment and we have been informed that this may impact service levels.
All goods must be checked for damages/faults and that the order is complete before signing receipt from the courier. please sign for “unchecked” if you are not able to check at the time of delivery and report any issues to us immediately

If our supply of the products is delayed or transport is delayed for any reason, then we will contact you as soon as possible to let you know and we will take steps to minimise the effect it may cause you. If your order is not delivered within 30 days from date of order, once this time has passed then you are entitled to ask for a refund or replacements to be sent out as per Distance Selling Laws.
