DELIVERY COSTS
We offer FREE standard delivery on orders of £120 and above across mainland England and Wales. Standard delivery on orders under £120 is charged at £24.99.
England & Wales I FREE delivery on orders over £120
We currently do not deliver to Scotland, Northern Ireland, the Republic of Ireland and any offshore islands.
DELIVERY TIMES
Our standard delivery service operates Monday to Friday between 7.00am and 9.00pm and excludes UK bank holidays and weekends. Nominated day delivery is unavailable, and we do not offer a next-day delivery service.
England & Wales I 2-5 working days
Please note that the delivery timeframe begins on the first full working day after your order is placed. While we aim to deliver within the stated timeframe, deliveries to some rural or remote areas may take slightly longer.
We’re unable to provide an exact delivery date or time at the point of ordering. However, once your order is ready for dispatch, you’ll receive an email and/or text message confirming your delivery date along with an estimated 3-hour delivery window. This notification will also include a link to real-time tracking on the day of delivery, allowing you to follow your order and see a more accurate estimated time of arrival.
DELIVERY METHOD
We use our own fleet of vehicles for all our deliveries to ensure your order arrives on time and undamaged. To give everyone peace of mind, a signature is required for all deliveries. If no one is available to take delivery as pre-arranged, a re-delivery fee will apply.
The re-delivery fee is £24.99
You will need to check all goods for damage and/or loss on arrival before signing for them. If you are unable to check the delivery thoroughly before signing, please sign for as ‘unchecked’ and report any issues to us as soon as possible. If your goods arrive damaged, you must advise the driver, who will inform us immediately.
Please note that our drivers are not insured to carry any goods onto private property, so all our deliveries are kerbside/doorstep only. For larger orders, we recommend having people at hand to help out.
If a failed delivery results in the cancellation of your order instead of an arranged re-delivery, your order will be refunded minus a carriage fee of £24.99 for the initial failed delivery.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION
Batch numbers: Our products are manufactured in batches, which means there may be variations in colour between each batch. We cannot guarantee to match batches between different orders, so please ensure you order enough panels to complete your installation. If you realise you require an exact match, make a note of the batch numbers that appear on your packaging and contact us immediately so we can check availability and try our best to assist you.
UV exposure & weather protection: PVC panels must not be exposed to UV light (direct/indirect sunlight) and must be protected against the elements, including rainwater, as its acidity will damage the surface print. On receipt of your delivery, we recommend our panels be stored and cut indoors to avoid thermal distortion, surface damage, and/or discolouration.
Storage: Panels should be stored indoors and positioned flat on the floor to prevent them from bowing. Storing the panels upright will cause them to flex in the middle, which will hinder and may prohibit installation. Take care to protect the edges of the panels from accidental damage.
Hiring tradespeople: We strongly recommend that you do not book a fitter or tradesperson until you have received your delivery and are happy with your order. We cannot be held responsible for any third-party costs or charges incurred while awaiting receipt of your order.
Delivery: All our deliveries are kerbside/doorstep only. We strongly recommend having people at hand to help with larger deliveries. While we always aim to deliver your order on time, please note that all timescales are estimates, and occasionally deliveries can take longer than the timeframe quoted.
