Orders & Delivery
Do you offer free delivery?
Yes, we offer free delivery on orders over £120.
How much is delivery for orders under £120?
For orders below £120, delivery costs £19.99.
Can I specify a delivery date & time?
As we deliver using our own dedicated fleet of vehicles, regrettably we are unable to accommodate nominated day deliveries or timed delivery requests at present. However, if you find yourself unable to accept delivery on the date provided, we're more than willing to reschedule for a later date. While we try our best to accommodate your requests where possible, we can't guarantee them.
I'm having problems with the website. What should I do?
Try deleting the cookies on your browser and refreshing your internet page.
I’ve not received an order confirmation email. Have you received my order?
If you have not received your order confirmation, please do the following…
1) Check your junk / spam folders for any Easy Panels emails.
2) Please contact your bank to see if payment has been taken.
3) Contact our Customer Services team at support@easypanels.co.uk or call us on 01685 378404 for us to check for you.
I’ve received my order but I didn’t order enough. Can I order more from the same batch?
We strongly recommend that any orders for the same project are done as one order, as there may be colour / shade differences during the manufacturing process. We cannot guarantee that a second order will match the first. You are more than welcome to provide us with a batch number to see if we have any left, however, due to a high turnover of products this is unlikely that we will have the same batch for long periods of time, and so any additional orders for the same product will be at your own risk.
I have contacted customer services but not had a reply, what should I do?
There will be peak times when our lines may be busy. If you have contacted us via email please allow us 24 hours to respond. Alternatively, please try again and we can deal with your enquiry and investigate as to why a reply has not been sent.
Do you offer promo codes or NHS discount?
We typically don’t offer voucher or discount codes. Instead, we aim to keep our pricing as competitive as possible for both new and existing customers. We currently have some fantastic offers, discounts, and deals available on our website and while we may not offer promo codes, we’re confident there are still lots of reasons to shop with us! 💚
Do you deliver anywhere in the UK?
At present, we are only able to deliver to mainland England and Wales using our in house delivery team. While we're eager to extend our services to other areas of the UK in the future, we're currently unable to do so. We appreciate your understanding and patience as we work towards expanding our delivery network.
Can I pay for a faster delivery?
Currently, we do not offer the option to pay for faster delivery. However, we are continuously evaluating our services, and offering expedited delivery may be something we provide in the future.
How long does it take for delivery?
We aim to deliver to mainland England and Wales within 2-5 working days from receipt of order. What sets us apart is that we handle all deliveries using our own fleet of vehicles, ensuring a more reliable and personalised service. This allows us to maintain greater control over the delivery process, resulting in a smoother experience for our customers.
Do you provide samples?
Absolutely! We provide free samples for all PVC wall/shower panels and flooring to help you get a feel for the quality of our products. We charge a small fee to cover the postage cost when sending samples from our range of wood-slat panelling. Feel free to request samples through our website, and we'll be happy to send them your way.
Returns
I’ve ordered the wrong product can I return them?
You are more than welcome to return any items to us within 14 days of receiving your order, provided the items remain unused and in their original packaging. Please note that the return process will be subject to collection and restocking fees. Please refer to the returns policy for more details.
When will I receive my refund?
A typical refund will take up to 14 days. All returns are quality checked. Items should be returned in a new and unused condition and in the original packaging. Refunds will not be processed if they do not comply with our returns policy.
My panels have arrived but they are damaged. What do I do?
If you have received a damaged product, please notify us within 14 days of delivery. We will require photographic evidence before we can authorise any replacements/refunds. Please email support@easypanels.co.uk along with your name, order number, and relevant photographs. Please refer to the ‘Faults/Damages’ section on our policy page to see our full T’s & C’s.

How do I clean my new panels?
To clean your shower panels effectively, we recommend using warm soapy water and a microfibre cloth. This gentle yet efficient process helps remove dirt, grime, and soap scum, without damaging the panels. Simply dampen the microfibre cloth with a warm soapy water solution (washing up liquid works perfectly) and gently wipe down the surface of the panels. Avoid using abrasive cleaners or rough sponges as these may scratch or dull the finish of the panels. With regular cleaning using this method, you can keep your shower panels looking clean and pristine for years to come.
How can I cut the panels to size?
You can cut panels to size using a Jigsaw/PVC fine tooth saw or a stanley knife.
Can panels be installed over tiles?
Yes! You can install our panels directly over existing tiles. We would recommend applying a thin layer of PVA glue directly to gloss finish tiles prior to installing the panels as this will act as an adherent.
How many tubes of adhesive will I need to purchase when I place my order?
The quantity of adhesive needed is dependent on the condition of your wall surface. Optimal, flat wall conditions typically require two tubes of adhesive per shower panel. Walls that exhibit unevenness or are not in optimal condition may require up to four tubes per shower panel.
Can PVC wall panels be used in a kitchen?
Absolutely! PVC wall panels are a fantastic choice for use in kitchens. They offer several benefits such as easy installation, low maintenance, and resistance to moisture, making them ideal for kitchen environments. It's important to note that PVC wall panels should not be installed near a naked flame or direct heat source. While the panels are fire-resistant, exposure to high temperatures can cause the material to melt or deform. It's essential to maintain a safe distance between the panels and sources of heat, such as cooker hobs or ovens, to prevent any potential hazards.
What is the best way to cut shower panels?
For optimal results when cutting PVC shower panels, we recommend using a fine-toothed handsaw. You'll find this essential tool available for purchase on our website.
How long are your panel trims?
Our panel trims are designed to match the length of the panels you're purchasing. If you're ordering 5mm or 8mm wall panels, the trims will be supplied at 2.6 metres long. For shower panels, the trims will measure 2.4 metres in length. Rest assured, the length of your trims will always correspond to the height of the panels you're ordering, ensuring a perfect fit for your installation needs.
